This is a two part process involving an initial assessment to measure your unique metabolism in it's resting state. The second part of the profiling is completed during cardio exercise. This is measuring your unique metabolic response to exercise.
By collecting data through scale, circumfrence measurements, and caliper pinching, we are able to assess your body composition/fat and lean muscle tissue percentages.
