- Individualized strength routine - with full descriptions of exercises and pictures
- Individualized 12 week cardiovascular program based on assessment results
- 3 - 1 hour consulting/ tracking / pinching sessions that include personally detailed data tracking and trending progress reports
- Membership account with EnergySmart – includes tracking log books to measure your calorie intake, tracking reports, access to ready to print meal plans and grocery lists designed by registered dieticians.
- Access to eNewLeaf.com, where you can view your metabolic test data, track and trend your progress, view and print your cardio workout plan, workout cards and/or have your cardio workouts emailed to you. Workouts can be downloaded to other training tools such as heart rate monitors as well.
- Carrie’s Online coaching – I view your Enewleaf.com and Energysmart 3 times per week to check your activity, provide coaching, feedback and answer your questions.
- Metabolic reassessment at the end of 3 months to see your results and to continue moving forward with updated and current information.
Group Training Package - $999 for 3 months (3 month renewal price only $179/month)

- 12 group strength training sessions to be used within 3 months, what you don’t use you lose.
- Option to purchase additional group training sessions for $30 each

- 6 tracking/ pinching calculations that include personally detailed data and trending progress reports.

- Private package contains all the same services as the group package, but substitutes 12 private training sessions for the 12 group training sessions. These 12 private training sessions are to be used once per week. What you don’t use - you lose at the end of the 3 months.
- Option to purchase additional private training sessions for $60.00 each.
